Leakage! Lamborghini planning a Superleggera successor for 2010!

At the Geneva Motor Show in March of 2010, it is expected that Lamborghini will publicly unveil a hardcore version of the current Gallardo, the LP560-4. Presumed to be the successor to the Superleggera (pictured above), the new Lambo will be designated as the LP570-4. This means that the car will have an additional 10 horses over the current car, bringing the total to 570 hp driven to all 4 wheels. In addition, the car will also lose some of its fat, meaning the interior will be stripped down and some of the panels on the car could possibly be replaced with carbon fiber. Be expecting an aero package to accompany beefed up brakes and suspension modifications upon its arrival. We’ll have to wait for confirmation of those details until some time in January though, when the car should privately be unveiled in front of VIP clients and reputable dealers.

Lamborghini will not stop there it seems as we could possibly be seeing another special model, the LP590-2 (590 hp & rear wheel drive), make its way into the lineup. There’s always room for more if you ask me!

I saw a beautiful lambo yesterday in a shopping mall parked in the dimmed parking lot…all alone. I had nasty thoughts of breaking in and stealing it 😀 That would have been a blast 😛 (sorry owner)

That is going to be one mean machine!
