Brake Banzeen’s Morning Coffee Poll: Audi RS6, BMW M5, or the Mercedes E63

These three German rockets have been battling it out for quite some time now. The models are relatively similar in size & power, but driving dynamics is what truly splits them apart. Audi and BMW have not yet released their latest models of the RS6 and the M5 respectively, but Mercedes has recently introduced its newest E63. Which would you choose?

Audi RS6

Quattro all-wheel drive with a twin-turbo V10 engine pumping out 580 hp; 0-100 km/h in approx. 4.5 seconds.

BMW M5

Rear wheels churn out 500 hp thanks to the F1-inspired V10 engine. 0-100 km/h is approx. 4.4 seconds.

Mercedes E63 AMG

Powering the rear wheels is a 6.2 liter V8 engine with 518 hp catapulting the car from 0-100 km/h in approx. 4.6 seconds.

eleventh.st: I’m also a HUGE fan of the M5… it is sad to see BMW going down the forced-induction route (i.e. turbocharging) but I guess we are a point right now where efficiency is crucial. Let’s just hope they don’t lose site of what an M really means at the end of the day.

TheStig: Great minds think alike 🙂

BuJasim: They sure are monstrous cars

    Thanks you guys!

    6are8: The M5 also carries that V10 punch…
