2011 Mercedes SLK prototype caught testing in Dubai (updated)

A 2011 Mercedes-Benz SLK camouflaged prototype has been caught on the roads of Dubai.

The new model is expected to carry design elements inspired by the SLS AMG Gullwing, with power to be provided by two powerplant options: a turbocharged 4-cylinder and a naturally-aspirated V6 engines. The 2011 SLK should be available by next summer.

    Since it’s a prototype, the camouflage cladding is still used on the body to conceal exterior design elements from photographers & competitors.
