Porsche thanks China for the past 10 years… lucky Chinese

Porsche has decided to honor it’s decade-long involvement in the booming Chinese car market with the release of a special edition Turbo S model. The Porsche 911 Turbo S 10 Year Anniversary Edition is extremely rare, with only ten units to ever see production.

Sporting a Gold Bronze Metallic paint job paired with a few matte black carbon components: the hood, the rear wing, tailgate and side view mirrors. The 10 Year Anniversary Edition is also graced with the lovely 19-inch glossy black Fuchs-look-alike rims, same as the ones used on the Sport Classic.

Power comes courtesy of Porsche’s 3.8-liter boxer engine packing 530 horses. The engine is mated to the PDK dual-clutch gearbox; probably best for the crowded streets of China.

The interior is draped in alcantara suede and leather, black & gold stitching and carbon fiber. Just to make sure the lucky passengers do not forget what rocket they’re riding in, the seats have “10 Year Anniversary Edition” embroidery.

Also, to remind everyone of it’s exclusivity, Porsche has made sure to supply each car with a stylish plaque with the chassis number. Deliveries will start in June with pricing yet to be revealed.
