It’s back baby! The Australian Grand Prix kicks off the 2013 season in what promises to be a super-competitive spectacle.

Excuse the one-day delay… I usually post Grand Prix details and timings the day before race weekend kicks off. But here we are and F1 is back, finally! First up is the Australian Grand Prix and it will be our chance to see who has done their homework over the winter testing period.

Formula 1 returns! Australian Grand Prix – Abu Dhabi Sport Coverage Timings

Formula 1 has returned! With the unfortunate postponement of the Bahrain Grand Prix we had to wait a little longer for the season kick off, but it’s finally here now and there looks to be a promising 3-way battle once again between champions’ Red Bull, Ferrari and McLaren. This weekend will see Melbourne, Australia host the inaugural race of the season.

Quotes of Note: Fernando Alonso is selective

During the Australian Grand Prix, Lewis Hamilton was closing in on Fernando Alonso at approximately 1.2 seconds per lap. As the gap neared 3.5 seconds, the Ferrari pit crew informed Alonso and his reply was:
