March 31, 2013

Some say it isn’t right that the new C7 base model Corvette gets the legendary “Stingray” name. I’m beginning to think otherwise. Why?  (more…)

With only 500 units set to be produced, the 2011 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Carbon Limited Edition is going to be a rare vehicle. Definitely not a ride which you’ll be pulling up next to at a random traffic light. So it’s no surprise that the first Z06 Carbon Limited Edition was recently sold for a whopping $297,000. Why so high? (more…)

2011 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Carbon Edition

March 10, 2010

I love limited editions! Especially ones like this! The Z06 Carbon, a 500-unit limited edition run, honors the 50th anniversary of Corvette’s first race in the 24 Hours of LeMans. Brembo carbon ceramic brakes, black 20-spoke 19-inch (front) & 20-inch (rear) wheels are standard and a plus for any track-day enthusiast. (more…)
